Andy Jeffery Consulting

There’s no substitute for personal experience.

How can I help you?

For over 25 years I enjoyed worked in theatre management, festival organisation, and event marketing.

My responsibilities included theatre programming and negotiating with leading UK promoters, and the project management of several large scale festivals and events.

I enjoy developing new ideas, and I love the challenge of new projects.

Helping CSA survivors

I now combine my strategic expertise, interpersonal skills, and lived experience as a CSA survivor to my role as a consultant to national charities and organisations that work with, and support, children and adults who have experienced the trauma of sexual assault.

This role includes being a keynote speaker at conferences and fundraising events, working with charities and organisations to develop and implement new HR policies, and hosting (with an experienced psychologist) trauma-informed workshops to raise a greater understanding of the mental health challenges that CSA survivors live with, and how best to help them to move forward in their lives.

Workshop participants typically include psychotherapists, counsellors, social workers, drug and alcohol addiction specialists, local government officers, Police Officers, the NHS, and Education leads.

Let’s talk

I am keen to share my personal experiences of trauma and my healing with government, charities, and organisations so that they will be better placed to support those in need.

Please feel free to contact me if I can help you.

You are not alone,

Andy
